Payment of Fees.
The Kids Club prefers that fees/surcharges are paid by electronic banking as this reduces
administration time for staff and bank fees for parents. The Kids Club bank account
details are available on the fee/holiday sheet. If you prefer to pay fees by cheque please
add 45 cents for the bank fee.
Unpaid Fees.
If prior arrangement has not been made consistent late payment of fees/surcharges may
incur a charge or result in termination of enrolment at The Kids Club.
Holidays.
The Kids Club is opened 48 weeks of the year, closing for four weeks over the holiday
period and public holidays. Your child can also take another three weeks holiday each
calendar year for which fees are not charged.
Drop offs.
Please observe our session times. Our license only allows us to have children at kindergarten
during these times. Additionally during non-session times teachers complete administration
tasks, set up the daily programme and have their meal break. Please do not be offended
if we ask you to wait outside if you are consistently early.
Late pick up.
Please endeavour to be on time to collect your child from kindergarten. It is understandable
that unforeseen circumstances arise and you may be delayed, but if this becomes a
regular occurrence you will be charged a penalty.
Sickness.
Under health regulations children who are sick may not attend kindergarten. Please
phone the kindergarten if your child is sick and keep him/her at home as long as
recommended by your doctor. Your child must be free of symptoms for twenty four
hours before coming back to kindergarten.
Absences.
Please phone if your child will be absent from kindergarten for any reason. The Ministry
of Education requires written documentation if your child is absent for two weeks or
longer. A form is available from the office for you to complete.
Daily attendance register.
The Ministry of Education requires that you sign your child in and out of kindergarten
each day s/he attends. The roll also serves as an accurate indication of who is present
in the case of an emergency. |
